Ninja Van: Offers extensive nationwide coverage, ensuring your packages reach you whether you are in Metro Manila or the provinces.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.
Once your package is handed over to GoGo Xpress or Ninja Van, expect the following standard delivery timelines: Metro Manila: 1 to 3 business days Luzon Provinces: 3 to 5 business days Visayas & Mindanao: 5 to 7 business days
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your package directly on our partners' websites: Track via GoGo Xpress using your 12-digit tracking number. Track via Ninja Van using your Tracking ID.
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you need to make changes, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a tracking number is generated with GoGo Xpress or Ninja Van, we can no longer change the details.

If you need to change your details, please reach out to our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a tracking number is generated by Ninja Van or Gogo Xpress, we can no longer alter the shipment.
