Welcome to We Wear Proud PH. By accessing and placing an order through our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed are subject to stock availability and acceptance by the brand.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Once an order is placed, an automated confirmation email or message will be sent. This does not signify final acceptance until the order is processed and dispatched.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are exclusive of shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We accept the following payment methods:

  • Digital Wallets: GCash, Maya

  • Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available via select courier partners for valid shipping addresses.

• For non-COD orders, processing will only begin once proof of payment has been sent and verified by our team.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policies

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take longer.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Provincial: 5 to 9 business days.

• Courier Liability: Once the package is handed over to our third-party courier partners (e.g., J&T Express, Ninja Van, Lalamove), We Wear Proud PH is no longer liable for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the courier.

• Failed Deliveries: For COD orders, the customer must ensure they or an authorized representative is present to pay the exact amount. If a package is returned to us after 2 to 3 failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal, the customer may be blocked from future COD privileges.

4. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

In compliance with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) rules, "Change of mind" returns are not legally covered or accepted.

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only valid for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item/size was sent.

• Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package to request an exchange.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have all original tags and packaging intact.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect against fraudulent claims, we strictly require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package showing the courier label, down to the discovery of the defect.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, photography, logo designs, graphics, and apparel designs featured on our platforms are the intellectual property of We Wear Proud PH.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of our designs and media assets for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We Wear Proud PH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

• Minor color variations between the actual garment and product photography due to studio lighting or screen calibrations do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled within the proper courts of the Philippines.
